Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
The staff went above and beyond to make our family comfortable during our two-night stay. While the air conditioning needed attention, the friendly service helped make up for it. Pro tip, check your room's amenities thoroughly before settling in to avoid any surprises.

We had a wonderful stay with our 7 kids! The breakfast was delicious, and we loved the easy access to outdoor activities like hiking and biking. The staff was incredibly friendly, always greeting us with smiles. Plus, the cleanliness of the areas was impressive.
In my wife’s opinion, a larger pool would be great for families.

The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, really going out of their way to help. However, the musty odor in the room was quite unpleasant, and the breakfast availability was a bit of a letdown. Overall, a decent experience, but improvements could really enhance the stay.

missingWrote a review on Jul 20hiking trailshelpful staffbreakfast buffetmissing hair dryer
We explored local hiking trails and watched some amazing games at the hockey rink. The rooms were comfy and the staff was super helpful. Don't miss the breakfast buffet—it had plenty of options to start the day right.
Only downside was the missing hair dryer in our bathroom. It would have been nice to have that available.

missingWrote a review on Jul 14friendly staffenjoyable breakfastmusty odorsroom changeneglected common areas
The stay had some highlights, like the friendly staff and the enjoyable breakfast with European bread. However, issues arose with the musty odors in both rooms, requiring a room change and use of Fabreeze. Common areas showed signs of neglect due to ongoing renovations, and while the pool was a great feature, a hot tub would have added to the experience.

missingWrote a review on May 25wooded areaquiet stayconvenient locationpoor water pressure
Secluded in a wooded area with good running routes, this place offers a surprisingly quiet stay despite being near the interstate. The location provides easy access to nearby shopping and dining options, making it convenient for travelers who want to explore the area.
The water pressure in the bathroom sink was hardly existent, with some of it splashing on the counter instead of going down the drain. Unfinished drywall repairs and marks on the hallway walls gave an impression of neglect. The gym equipment felt dated and cramped, which might not satisfy fitness enthusiasts. Additionally, I found the sulfate-free shampoo ineffective, leaving my hair feeling greasy instead of fresh.
